ShadowOS is a CRM and call notetaker that lives entirely on your device. Client notes, timelines and follow-ups, with no server in between.
Why we built ShadowOS
Everynoteyouwriteaboutaclientisapromise.Theonlyquestioniswhoelsegetstoreadit.
The problem
A notetaker is built into ShadowOS. Press ⌘L from anywhere, type or record what was said, and the notes are filed on the timeline of everyone who was on the call.
Rather listen than type? Record the call and ShadowOS transcribes it on your machine. The audio never leaves it.
Designed for professionals who manage 20–20,000 high-value relationships and can't afford to be careless with their clients' trust.
Every call, note and email sits on one timeline per contact. A language model running on your own machine reads it and writes a two-sentence summary, so you can catch up in the ten seconds before a call.
The model is bundled with the app. Nothing is sent to an AI provider.
ShadowOS keeps everything in one file on your own disk, encrypted with a key that lives in your operating system's keychain. No account, no server, and it works on a plane. A copy of the file is unreadable without that key.
Encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We never see the key or the data.
Everything you do often has a shortcut, and the app opens straight to your contacts. Log a call, add a note or jump between views without reaching for the mouse.
Press ⌘/ in the app to see every shortcut.
